A new format offered by the Centre for Studies in Romanticism at a historic venue — the Blaue Salon in the Frommann Estate.

In the late eighteenth century, the Frommann Estate was a center of intellectual life. In the residential and commercial building of the publisher Carl Friedrich Ernst Frommann, numerous writers gathered, including the Schlegel brothers.

At the Blaue Salon, one or two guests engage in a moderated conversation, which soon opens up to the circle of participants and concludes with a shared glass of wine or water.

The topics are broadly related to Romanticism and of contemporary relevance.
